Welche API-Schlüssel brauche ich?
LUNAVER nutzt ein BYOK-Modell (Bring Your Own Key). Sie benötigen mindestens einen
API-Schlüssel von Google Gemini oder Anthropic Claude für die KI-Texterstellung.
Optional: ElevenLabs für Premium-Hörbuchstimmen, Imagen für KI-Cover.
Die App zeigt Live-Kosten während der Generierung.
Was kostet die API-Nutzung?
Die Kosten liegen typischerweise zwischen €0,40 und €15,– pro Buch, abhängig von
Länge und Qualitätseinstellungen. Barrierefreiheits-Features (Braille, Apple TTS, Navigation)
benötigen keine API-Schlüssel und sind komplett kostenlos.
Werden meine Daten in die Cloud geladen?
Nein. Alle Projekte bleiben lokal auf Ihrem Mac. KI-Anfragen werden nur bei aktiver
Nutzung direkt an den gewählten API-Anbieter gesendet – ohne Umweg über unsere Server.
Keine Tracking-SDKs, keine Analyse-Tools.
Ist LUNAVER barrierefrei?
Ja, vollständig. VoiceOver-optimiert, Braille-Display-Kompatibilität, komplette
Tastaturnavigation, Spracheingabe, und Text-to-Speech. Barrierefreiheits-Features sind
kostenlos für alle Nutzer – ohne Zeitlimit.
Was ist die Blind Navigation?
Ein kostenloser Travel Guide für blinde Reisende mit Turn-by-Turn Audio-Navigation,
LiDAR-Hinderniserkennung (iPhone 12 Pro+), Offline-Karten und einem Notfall-Button
für sofortige Rückkehr zum Hotel.
Wie kann ich mein Abonnement kündigen?
Öffnen Sie die Systemeinstellungen auf Ihrem Mac → [Ihr Name] → Abonnements.
Dort können Sie Ihr LUNAVER-Abonnement verwalten oder kündigen. Eine Kündigung muss
mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des aktuellen Zeitraums erfolgen.
Wofür werden 25 % der Einnahmen gespendet?
25 % der Netto-Einnahmen fließen freiwillig in Blindenhilfe, Sehbehindertenforschung und
barrierefreie Technologieentwicklung weltweit. Details finden Sie in unseren
Nutzungsbedingungen (§ 7). Ein jährlicher
Transparenzbericht wird auf lunaver.app veröffentlicht.
Auf welchen Geräten läuft LUNAVER?
Aktuell ist LUNAVER für macOS verfügbar (Mac App Store, ab 20.05.2026).
iPadOS- und iOS-Versionen sind in Planung.

Which API keys do I need?
LUNAVER uses a BYOK model (Bring Your Own Key). You need at least one API key from
Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude for AI text generation. Optionally: ElevenLabs for
premium audiobook voices, Imagen for AI covers. The app shows live costs during generation.
What does API usage cost?
Costs typically range from €0.40 to €15 per book, depending on length and quality settings.
Accessibility features (Braille, Apple TTS, Navigation) require no API keys and are completely free.
Is my data uploaded to the cloud?
No. All projects stay local on your Mac. AI requests are sent directly to the chosen
API provider only when actively used – without routing through our servers.
No tracking SDKs, no analytics tools.
Is LUNAVER accessible?
Yes, fully. VoiceOver-optimised, Braille display compatibility, complete keyboard
navigation, voice input and text-to-speech. Accessibility features are free for all
users – without time limit.
What is Blind Navigation?
A free travel guide for blind travellers with turn-by-turn audio navigation,
LiDAR obstacle detection (iPhone 12 Pro+), offline maps and an emergency button
for immediate return to the hotel.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open System Settings on your Mac → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
There you can manage or cancel your LUNAVER subscription. Cancellation must be made
at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
What is the 25% revenue donation used for?
25% of net revenue flows voluntarily to blind aid, visual impairment research and
accessible technology development worldwide. Details in our
Terms of Use (§ 7). An annual
transparency report will be published on lunaver.app.
Which devices does LUNAVER run on?
Currently LUNAVER is available for macOS (Mac App Store, from 20.05.2026).
iPadOS and iOS versions are planned.
